Dr. Stark heads the Center for Rejuvenations at Chester County Eye Care Associates, through which he offers a wide array of services such as Botox®, Juvéderm™, GentleWaves®, Latisse™ and facial rejuvenation with Active F/X™ Fractional laser skin tightening. Dr. Stark, a Wills-trained, board-certified ophthalmologist for 27 years, has been using Botox® medically for over 10 years. Dr. Stark’s extensive experience with medical Botox® has made him a uniquely qualified and much sought after cosmetic Botox® provider. Dr. Stark chose to train and certify in the Lumenis Active F/X™ system because it is the latest fractional CO2 Laser treatment system with the best results. He personally performs all treatments. Patient feedback on the treatment has been remarkable.

As a comprehensive medical and surgical ophthalmologist, Bruce I. Stark, M.D. diagnoses and treats numerous eye disorders and performs selected oculoplastic surgeries such as blepharoplasty (cosmetic and functional), chalazion excision, and repair of lid malpositions and removal of lid lesions. He has used lasers to treat diabetic retinopathy, retinal tears, and glaucoma for more than 25 years. Dr. Stark, a diabetic specialist, is a founding member of the Chester and Delaware County and Main Line Chapters of the American Diabetic Association. He utilizes highly sophisticated equipment at Chester County Eye Care for the early diagnosis and treatment of diabetes and other eye diseases. Dr. Stark is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist who provides the complete spectrum of eye services and specializes in the treatment of eye emergencies.

Dr. Stark and the staff at The Center for Rejuvenations offer cosmetic services in a professional medical environment. Dr. Stark is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and the Botox® and Juvederm® Cosmetic Physicians Network.

Our Cosmetic Coordinator

Mishel Shaffer, Cosmetic Coordinator, has been a Chester County Eye Care employee for four years. For the past two years Mishel has trained and worked closely with Dr. Stark on all aspects of the cosmetic program. Mishel is first to greet you when calling The Center for Rejuvenations for an appointment or information. She manages the cosmetic program and works to make the patient's entire visit at The Center for Rejuvenations a relaxing, pleasant experience. Mishel is also our GentleWaves technician. She applies a gentle exfoliating / hydrating mask before the euro Gentle Waves session or provides a cleansing hot towel treatment before the classic Gentle Waves session.

Patients appreciate Mishel's warm and bubbly personality as well as her extensive knowledge of cosmetic services.
